Signature Events

Education for environmental sustainability aims to support students to develop the attitudes, skills and knowledge to make informed decisions for the benefit of themselves and others, now and in the future, and to act on these decisions.

The Year of Environmental Sustainability signature events capture the true spirit and intent of the department's Statement on Sustainability for all Queensland Schools 'enough for all forever'.
