Workforce Strategic Plan

The Workforce Strategic Plan 2011-2014 477k outlines the department's approach for developing and retaining its workforce. This will ensure that the department is able to meet the current and future needs and expectations of the government and the community.

The plan's workforce strategies are founded on three priority action areas:
