It also supports the department's broader performance agenda by giving staff a point of reference to help understand the activities of a division and encourage information sharing across the department.

Strategic collaborations with evaluation professionals in other social departments and organisations advance evaluation skills and promote the department's evaluation reputation. Evaluation services continue to develop a list of cross-agency evaluation specialists.
Key stakeholders

will consolidate the purpose and expectations of a program and its evaluation design. This is a pivotal consultation process in the success of an evaluation. Good stakeholder engagement can assist in understanding the data collected and analysed.
