

The Evaluation Strategy 2010-2014: Strengthening our commitment to performance improvement has been developed using the department's preferred methodology - Program Logic modelling - as its framework. This Program Logic model
2.2M represents the thinking behind the strategy as a 'road map' or operational plan. It steps out issues and how to address them by using a logical chain of reasoning.
The evaluation will focus on the effectiveness of the strategy's long term outcomes which include:
An evaluation will be carried out over the life of the strategy to determine the success factors and any barriers to achieving the strategy's intended outcomes. Findings will inform key areas for improvement for evaluation across the department.
