Communicating results

The Accountable Officer is responsible for approving the communication strategy for the evaluation findings and any recommendations of the evaluation to stakeholders (see the evaluation approval process Adobe PDF document 20k).

The success of an evaluation can be measured by how useful the findings are in future decision making. Evaluation provides an organisation an opportunity to learn from and improve its performance.
