The final phase of the evaluation cycle deals with communicating the results of the evaluation to stakeholders. The stakeholder audience for the evaluation is outlined in the evaluation proposal as part of the communication strategy.

The project or program's accountable officer is responsible for approving the communication of evaluation findings and any recommendations of the evaluation to stakeholders (see the Evaluation Approval Process (new window) [an error occurred while processing this directive] Adobe PDF document flowchart). Evaluation reports must also comply with the Right to Information and Information Privacy legislation.

Approval to publish information can be obtained through the department's Corporate Communications and Marketing Branch (contact public.relations@qed.qld.gov.au).

Evaluation reports are published and communicated to the stakeholder audience.
