Legislative compliance checklist

The Legislative compliance checklist (new window) 64K Adobe PDF document outlines the governance, performance, reporting compliance and procedural requirements of the Financial Accountability Act (2009). The checklist contains references to the relevant sections of the annual report where each disclosure requirement has been addressed. It provides the reader with guidance to ensure the agency's annual report complies with all requirements under the legislation and other reporting requirements enabling the reader, including Parliament, to obtain all relevant information to make informed decisions.
