Purchase terms and conditions

Purchases under existing contracts

The terms and conditions used by the Department of Education and Training will depend on how the goods and/or services have been sourced. Goods purchased under a contract established by department or Government agency will be made under the terms and conditions of that contract. If an existing contract is being used, the contract reference number should be quoted at the time the order is placed.

Purchasing terms and conditions

Where a purchase is not being made under an existing contract, the terms and conditions of contract for the purchase will be quoted on the purchase order or other document. The department's current standard terms and conditions of contract are:
