Key Priorities - Fact Sheets

The Department of Education and Training has seven key priorities to equip every child and young person with the fundamentals for success in life, and develop Queenslanders' skills to help drive economic prosperity.

The seven key priorities complement the DET Strategic Plan 2009-2013 and reinforce the Department's major goals in education and training.

In addition to the Q2 targets, each priority area recognises the Department's partnerships with the Australian Government and other states and territories.
