Funding

Each participating school will receive a nominal allocation based on a base amount of up to $200,000 over two years; plus a per capita amount based on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student enrolments. Some outer-provincial and remote schools may also be eligible for a smaller additional loading based on geo-location.

To access funding, participating schools must complete and submit their Next Steps, including an estimated cost to deliver it. The Australian Government funding will be limited to no more than the nominal allocation or the estimated costs of each school's Next Steps Plan.
