Leadership and professional development

One of the key initiatives of the Workforce Action Plan is providing access to leadership and professional development opportunities for educators working in early childhood education and care.

This includes programs for existing and emerging leaders in the sector and support services to provide quality kindergarten programs and form partnerships with peak sector organisations to deliver professional development activities to the broader workforce.

These programs are currently under development and once finalised, information will be available via this site and also through the A-Z of Early Childhood newsletter.
