Tenders for ECEC facilities

The Department of Education and Training (DET) invites organisations to tender for a lease of a DET-owned facility, previously tenanted as an early childhood education and care service. The five ECEC facilities are co-located with:

Eligible organisations are invited to submit an application to deliver a locally relevant service that meets the needs of children and families in the community. The successful applicant will be offered a three-year lease with a negotiated rent.

The service should aim to have an educational and/or health and wellbeing benefit to children and families.

Resources, equipment and whitegoods to the value of $50,000 are available to support program delivery at the Crows Nest, Kawana Waters and Seaforth facilities and will remain departmental property.

Recurrent funding is not available to support the operation of services at these facilities.
