Yes, approved kindergarten program providers that continue to meet the requirements of the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme are eligible to use the Queensland Government approved kindergarten program identifier in marketing materials promoting their program.

Legacy funded services will receive the identifier pack upon their endorsement as an approved kindergarten program provider. For more information about becoming an approved kindergarten program provider.
Long day care services approved as kindergarten program providers will receive their identifier pack upon the execution of their service agreement with the Department.
For more information on accessing the kindergarten identifier please call the Kindy Hotline on 1800 4 KINDY (1800 454 639).
Are there conditions on using the kindergarten identifier?
Yes. The style guide provided to approved services outlines the appropriate use of the identifier. Importantly, only those services which deliver kindergarten programs that continue to meet the requirements of the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme are permitted to use the identifier. If a service fails to continue meeting the eligibility criteria and requirements of the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme Guidelines, they will need to wholly withdraw their use of the identifier.
Similarly, for franchise groups or where multiple services use the same branding, only those individual services that meet the requirements of the Queensland Kindergarten Funding Scheme are eligible to use the identifier; not every service within the group.
How can my service use the kindergarten identifier?
Services can use the identifier in a range of applications including (but not limited to) newsletters; promotional materials (eg brochures, postcards, posters); corporate materials (eg enrolment books, family handbooks); newspaper advertisements; website (including social media but not as the "Profile" picture); and signage (eg banners).
All approved kindergarten program providers automatically receive a pack of identifier materials, including a CD containing electronic versions of the identifier, a style guide on how to correctly use the identifier and identifier stickers and mobiles.
The identifier is provided in a range of shapes and sizes to help services best apply it to their communication material.
