Pre-Prep in Indigenous communities

Pre-Prep is a kindergarten program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in the year before school. It provides 15 hours per week for children 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 years old living across the following 35 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities:


Pre-Prep uses Foundations for Success to support the implementation of Belonging, Being and Becoming - The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia Adobe PDF document External Link. Foundations for Success assists educators to plan, implement and document a quality program that builds on Indigenous children's culture, language and strengths.
