Australian Nutrition Foundation

The Australian Nutrition Foundation delivers information workshops about food and nutrition directly to families with children up to 8 years and to early childhood education and care workers across the state.

The workshops aim to:

• enhance the nutrition knowledge of early childhood education and care staff about healthy eating for children and the relationships between food and behaviour; and
• explore strategies that early childhood education and care staff could use to raise the awareness of parents about the importance of healthy eating for children and how it relates to behaviour.
