If you have a complaint about your early childhood education and care service, talk to them first. Your issue might be resolved immediately.
If you don't want to do this, or you already have and your issue has not been resolved, you can make a complaint.
The department is responsible for monitoring early childhood education and care services to ensure they meet the requirements of the National Law and Regulations.
Enforcement actions are taken to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of children attending a service which is not compliant with the National Quality Standard.
