Emergency closure portal live

A secure online portal has been launched to provide Approved Providers with a convenient way to advise the Regulatory Authority of any service closures due to a natural disaster.

The ECEC Emergency Closure portal is available 24 hours a day from a computer, smart phone or tablet.

NQF changes from 1 January 2016

From 1 January 2016, new educator-to-child ratio requirements under the National Law came into effect for centre-based and family day care services. There are also changes for long term employees at centre-based services taken to hold a Certificate III qualification.
