In this State Budget, the Queensland Government is honouring its commitment to ensure our children receive the best possible educational foundation. We are also supporting the State Government's priority of creating jobs by fast-tracking education and training infrastructure and providing a dynamic training system that responds to the needs of industry and creates real opportunities for all Queenslanders.

Service Delivery Statement
The Service Delivery Statement-Budget Paper 5 (SDS) has replaced the Ministerial Portfolio Statement (MPS) and forms part of the suite of Budget papers. The SDS provides the agency's budget outcomes and performance targets for the new financial year, with an overview of recent achievements for the last two to three years. It is complemented by the agency's Annual Report, which documents actual performance for the financial year just completed.
